Low light to shade corner works best for raphis palm.
do not directly place the rachis palm or any of the palm family under the sun as they will quickly turn yellow or dry up.
Water when the soil is fairly dry. Prior watering, always evaluate the soil level in deep; If the soil is dry, water the plant, and if the soil is wet do not over water. palms plants are slightly sensitive and over watering can kill them. as long as you water when accordingly, they are great low maintenance plants that do not need much attention.
