Refund Policy


All plants are firmly final sale soon as your payment has been proceeded upon purchase. We offer have a 7 day exchange policy in “certain cases” upon customer request due to plant disease only, which means you have 7 days after receiving your plant to request an exchange only if the plant itself happens to have an illness such as fungus or mites within the time frame being. Contact us through email, or instagram direct message @torontoparadiseplants. Once your request is proceeded, a customer service team member will contact you to schedule the item pick, upon management approval only. Further information will be discussed as per individual case. Once your return is accepted, you can exchange your plant with a new plant.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
